Role: Principal UX Designer
Responsibilities: Entire project was built using Codex, including clarity of purpose (user goals, success criteria, shape of data, storyboard images, scripts, etc) and prototype created with AI (Codex ChatGPT).

Collaboration: Stakeholders (Product), Development, and QA
Goal: Identify user pain points through research, then improve existing product addressing those areas. Example of feedback to improve; unclear item statuses, lack of item overview, and confusing item setup processes.
